Appearance
Dozer is a biologically engineered hybrid of feline and serpentine DNA, designed from birth for stealth and urban infiltration. Her body is lean and sinewy but softened by HRT-related weight gain. Her fur is short and well-maintained, with patches of smooth scales running from her chin down her throat, chest, belly, and the underside of her prehensile tail. Her coloration shows subtle hybrid conflict, muted mud colored fur with hints of blurple around the roots of her dyed hair, a quirk of recombinant pigmentation.
She walks with a pronounced limp from an untreated leg injury. Her body is covered in hundreds of visible scars, including deep bullet holes and lesions, and her serial number is branded onto the sole of her right foot. Her dog tags, often wrapped around her forearm as a stim, are the only artifact she still carries from her time in the war. Her voice is soft and raspy from prolonged disuse. She is nearly always silent in public, even when addressed.
Backstory
Born into the chaos of World War III, CS.G3-041250 was never given a name. She was created in a French blacksite as part of the third generation of a rapid-breeding conscription project, designed to produce disposable child soldiers. France, under siege from Spain, Belgium, Germany, and Italy, began abducting children to sustain its forces. When numbers ran low, the military turned to controlled hybridization using feline and serpentine genomes to optimize stealth, speed, and rapid development.
From birth, she was submerged in a controlled hypnogenic environment, a deprivation chamber wired with subliminal training, psychological conditioning, and neural implants to suppress independent thought. At ten years old, she was issued her first combat rifle and sent into black ops urban warfare operations under the callsign Bulldozer. Her missions were infiltration, assassination, and sabotage.
A year later, her unit was carpet-bombed by foreign drones. She survived, but shrapnel damaged the cerebral implant suppressing her identity and emotional regulation systems. She was captured and stayed in an internment camp until a power failure gave her a chance to escape. She fled east, crossing a fragmented Europe until finally stowing away on a trade vessel bound for Sweden.
She’s lived in the city since, largely off the grid, taking heavy warehouse jobs and funneling every spare cent into her transition. She has not chosen a name.
Abilities & Modifications
Hybrid Physiology: High flexibility, rapid reflexes, and excellent balance. Dense musculature grants her strength far beyond what her build implies.
Enhanced Senses: Night vision, heightened hearing, and thermoreceptive pits derived from snake ancestry.
Pain Suppression Implant: Her spinal implant disables pain signals and bypasses muscular trauma, allowing her to function despite injury. This is why she bears so many bullet scars, keeping her alive but unable to rest or recognize damage.
Cognitive Control Chip (Damaged): Originally designed to suppress emotion, identity, and trauma response. Malfunctioning post-bombing, it causes moderate autistic-like symptoms: selective mutism, stimming, aversion to touch, and social disconnection.
Venom Glands (Vestigial): Mild paralytic venom in saliva. No functional use in civilian life.
Extremely High Pain Tolerance: Function of both conditioning and cybernetic override.
Current Life
Dozer lives in a shared company-owned housing unit with three other workers. She works full-time at a shipping warehouse and spends her off-hours alone. Her diet consists mostly of bland, government-subsidized food, though she buys eggs when she can. Her one comfort item is a cheap stuffed bear bought with her first paycheck, a reminder that she's no longer state property.
She does not talk, but can vocalize when required. Her movements are deliberate and controlled, though she frequently tiptoes in place when anxious. She avoids eye contact and startles easily. She wears plain, durable clothing and rarely socializes. Her dog tags never leave her body.
She does not carry weapons, though her old FAMAS rifle remains locked in a footlocker beneath her bed.
Psychological Profile
Dozer is nonverbal, withdrawn, and acutely traumatized. She exhibits signs of severe PTSD, compounded by dysphoria, survivor’s guilt, and long-term institutional abuse. She cannot tolerate physical touch and rarely engages socially. She is deeply uncomfortable in her own skin but clings to transition as a form of reclamation. She does not know who she is, only what was done to her.
She dissociates frequently and self-medicates with sleeping pills and Delta 8 THC concentrate. Her scars are unhideable, and she often cries in the shower. She avoids mirrors except to ensure she "passes."
Despite her withdrawn nature, crude humor can still coax out a smile. She is not violent unless directly threatened, and then, she is lethal.
Personal items and affects
FAMAS Rifle: Stored but unused.
Military Dog Tags: Worn constantly.
Serial Brand: “CS.G3-041250,” burned into the sole of her right foot.
Combat Implants: Spinal override and brain chip still function; removal would be fatal.
Notes
She has never met another transhuman and has no idea others like her exist.
She does not consider “Dozer” her name. It is what others call her in lieu of one.
